There are things of the unexplained that if push came to shove, I’d be like ‘yeah, yeah, I believe you, dammit. I believe you’.

However, the existence of werewolves is one thing I can’t quite get my head around. I don’t believe that a human being can change to one. It’s a highly imaginative idea but I don’t think it’s possible.

I think there’s something out there that people have seen. It’s big, it’s tall, it’s hairy and maybe it howls every full moon. But I don’t think it’s a werewolf. I think it’s more likely to be an animal that we just haven’t categorised as being part of the animal kingdom yet. We’re always discovering new species – plants, insects, animals, and the like. Couldn’t it just be that this thing we call ‘a werewolf’ is a reclusive animal, not a human that changes into one?
